Refund policy for SMB AI Readiness related services and digital work.
1. Summary
Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased. Custom work, setup work, and delivered digital services may have limited refund availability.
2. EU/UK Cooling-Off
Where applicable, consumers may have a 14-day cooling-off right. Digital services that begin immediately may be excluded where permitted by law.
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, billing errors, or services not started within the promised activation window.
4. Not Eligible
Completed setup, delivered custom work, third-party costs, and work already performed are generally not refundable unless required by law.

6. Processing Times
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
