Delivery and cancellation terms for SMB AI Readiness services.
1. Scope
This policy applies to SMB AI Readiness lead-generation pages and related managed website/business-system services.
2. Delivery Definitions
Digital delivery may include access to a live page, setup of a managed website, CRM/portal configuration, forms, booking links, or written implementation details.
3. Activation Timelines
Standard activation timelines vary by scope. Simple pages may be delivered faster; custom business systems require onboarding details and verification.
4. Onboarding Requirements
Clients may need to provide business name, service area, contact email, phone, brand assets, offer details, and approval of copy.
5. Cancellation by You
Cancel requests should be sent to admin@bookaistudio.com. Subscription cancellation does not automatically refund prior completed work.
6. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend service for abuse, unlawful activity, unpaid invoices, spam, or violation of these policies.
7. Data on Cancellation
Data export or deletion requests may be sent to admin@bookaistudio.com.
